Publications
My articles have been appearing in scholarly journals and periodicals for almost twenty years. I am editor of two genealogy books, and am the author of a major genealogical on the
ancestry and descendants of Josiah Franklin, father of Revolutionary War Patriot Dr. Benjamin Franklin. I also oversaw editing on several volumes while working in the publications department at the New England Historic Genealogical Society. In addition to my publications work, I was a regular columnist for the NewEnglandAncestors.org website, and had a column in the Society’s weekly electronic newsletter for more than four years. While there I served as a consulting editor for the New England Historical and Genealogical Register and as a contributing editor for the New England Ancestors and American Ancestors magazines, and edited the weekly electronic newsletter for nine
